The Peppers already had first place in their pool wrapped up when they battled to a 3-3 tie with the PSA Fastpitch.
Emily Hackler powered the Peppers with a home run to center after a seven-pitch at-bat. That helped to secure the tie 3-3 in the bottom of the 7th.
Mariah Anderson started on the mound for the Peppers. She gave up one hit and zero runs over two innings, striking out four and walking none.
Lydia Banse and Hacker each had two hits for the Peppers. They each had an RBI, too.
