Emily Hacker powered the Peppers to an 8-4 win over the Snohomish Shock.

Hacker was 3-3 with a home run to lead the way.

The Peppers got on the board in the first after Hacker singled, Jillian Olsen had a groundout and Torii Emery singled, each scoring a run.

The Peppers would add to their early lead in the third after Gracie Linbo hit a sacrifice fly and Emery singled to bring in another run.

The Peppers continued to hit the ball hard in the fifth to extend their lead to 8-4. Hacker hit a solo home run to left and after an error scored another run, Jayda Swalve added an RBI.

Hacker was 3-3 in the game and Emery was 2-3. The Peppers had eight hits total.

Kyla Stenzel earned the win for the Peppers on the mound. She gave up just three hits over three innings while striking out two. She gave up zero earned runs.
